The reservation conditions are as follows:
- Minimum 2 night stay
- Customer must leave a 25% deposit of his total reservation which will be debited via credit card to his account
- The balance payment will be due and paid directly to the hotel via money transfer 21 days before the arrival.

- 72 to 24 hours prior to arrival: Penalty of 50% of your total stay in B&B + €25,00 for administrative expenses.
- 24 hours prior to arrival: Penalty of 100% of the total amount of the stay + €25,00 for administrative expenses.
- No Show: Penalty of 100% of the total amount of the stay + €25,00 for administrative expenses.
- The Cancellation fees are debited by Travels Selection to the client's credit card that is fournished by the customer at the time of reservation.

The Hotel Artis is the newest and exclusive design hotel in Rimini, opened in June 2009!

Besides, we feature an elegant lounge bar, an outside swimming pool with hydro massage corner and an underground garage.
Light coloured minimal furniture, glasses and natural stones contribute to a sensation of well-being and relaxation.
