Open in February 2006 it is a modern structure made of steel materials and crystal glass, situated in the heart of the most important shopping center of the Province of Venice, in a strategic location for access to the lagoon town and to the main highways.
The bold architectural style arose from the desire to discover contemporary shapes, colors and materials of the Venetian tradition. An imposing hall, welcomes the customer in an elegant atmosphere that involves and charms him from the first moment.
The five floors of the hotel are a reminder of an enchanting Venetian atmosphere, that come together on the executive floor where you will find a roof garden, wellness centre, gymnasium, sauna, turkish bath, solarium and a large Jacuzzi.
Three modular halls form the Congress Center, up to 250 seats provided with the modernest technologies which involves and satisfies also the needs of guests.

An amphitheater divided in three modular halls is dedicated to the business and corporate guests for board and company meetings, high level conventions, training courses and anything you could imagine for team work.
The congress centre provides the most innovative technologies and can receive 250 participants. You can enter both from the main hall or from the patio where it is possible to organize cocktails, coffee-breaks and aperitifs.
For smaller meetings or day office courses, we have a multy-purpose room available.

For those who want to dedicate some time to themselves, "The Fifth Essence Centre" is a wellness center situated on the roof-garden and on the terrace of the 5° floor.

In a surrounding of crystal glass, you will find the fitness area. It is a stunning place and an excellent solution for those who wants to keep in shape everyday.

Take the shuttle bus that the Hotel offers from the Marco Polo Venice Airport and from Piazza Roma Square in Venice from 5:30 am until 11:00 pm.
Or by car taking the Trieste-Milano A4 Autoroute. Our Hotel is 100 metres from the Marcon exit toll-booth.
By car coming from the Marco Polo Venice Airport, when exiting the Airport turn right and after 500 metres turn left on the on-ramp to the highway. After 3 kilometres exit at the Dese toll-booth and go in the direction towards the City of Marcon for about 1 Km.
Coming from the City of Venice turn left after the Airport on the autoroute. After 3 kilometres, exit at the Dese toll-booth and then go towards the City of Marcon for about 1 Km.
