In this sunny and quiet place 600 m above the sea level, 6 km from Assisi, lies the Castello di Petrata, a single building dating back to the 1300, with a 1700 century little church of great historical and architectural value and within the castle itself.
The castle has been completely restructured and elegantly furnished, is by the outstandingly beautiful countryside characteristic of these Umbrian hills.
The Castle has 23 comfortable rooms at its disposal each one with particular differences both in furnishing and arrangement.
Every room has a window that can be opened with view on the countryside allowing you to enjoy the fragrance of the dew fresh and the chirping birds, whilst enjoying an extraordinary view overlooking both the Saint Francis Abbey to the Albornoziana Fortress, along with the national park of Monte Subasio the sweet hills of Umbrian Valley and the great medieval town of Perugia.

From the South:
