If not notified at least up to the 10th day prior to the arrival date, the Villa will debit 50% of your total stay for the first 10 day period and a 70% charge for the last 10 day penalty + a 25,00€ administrative fee to your credit card.

If not notified at least up to the 20th day prior to the arrival date, the Villa will debit 50% of your total stay for the first 10 day period then and a 70% charge for the last 6 day penalty + a 25,00€ administrative fee and finally for cancellations 5 days or less prior to your arrival date or a No Show, the full amount of your reservation will be charged to your credit card.
