* Outstanding balance is to be paid directly to the structure.
* Low Season Period: At least a 1 day cancellation preadvice by Email or Fax to the Villa Felice Relais is required. If not notified, the Villa will debit a one night stay + a 25,00€ administrative fee to your credit card.

* Middle Season Period: At least a 10 day cancellation preadvice by Email or Fax to the Villa Felice Relais is required. If not notified, the Villa will debit 50% of your total stay + a 25,00€ administrative fee to your credit card.

* High Season Period: At least a 20 day cancellation preadvice by Email or Fax to the Villa Felice Relais is required. If not notified at least up to the 10th day prior to the arrival date, the Villa will debit 50% of your total stay for the first 10 day period and a 70% charge for the last 10 day penalty + a 25,00€ administrative fee to your credit card.

* Peak Season Period: At least a 30 day cancellation preadvice by Email or Fax to the Villa Felice Relais is required. If not notified at least up to the 20th day prior to the arrival date, the Villa will debit 50% of your total stay for the first 10 day period then and a 70% charge for the last 6 day penalty + a 25,00€ administrative fee and finally for cancellations 5 days or less prior to your arrival date or a No Show, the full amount of your reservation will be charged to your credit card.
